1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Reflexa Media ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Reflexa Media provides media buying, affiliate marketing, and digital marketing services. Our services include but are not limited to:

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in service contracts
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with advertising standards

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by Reflexa Media in the course of providing services remains our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, except for our proprietary methodologies and tools.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and campaign strategies. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reflexa Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Performance Guarantees

While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from marketing campaigns due to variables beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
